Leaders identify the dominant narratives shaping their culture. Together, we write the story you want to tell and map the actions required to make that story true. The result is an organizational narrative aligned with lived experience, not aspirational marketing language.

We assess where energy exists, where resistance lives, and where support is needed — grounded in the Transtheoretical Model of Change. This gives leaders a shared language for why some people are ready and others aren’t.
