Our Story

The organizations that find us are already doing something right: they care about their people.

Most people think of empathy as a feeling — we define it differently.

Empathy is the act of validating someone's truth.

Honoring their experience as real.
Acknowledging that your employees matter.
And allowing it to inform how the organization makes decisions.

Dr. Jonnie Williams

Creator

Jonnie Williams, PsyD is a consulting psychologist, applied researcher, and published author on cross-sector change.

Her expertise is in the psychological science of workplace performance and functioning — how stress, trust, and relational dynamics shape the way people think, decide, and work together. This isn't theory. It directly informs how she approaches organizational change.

Dr. Williams focuses on what most strategies overlook: relationships. Because the foundation of any meaningful transformation is not a workplan it’s trust.

As a lead facilitator, she works where change actually gets stuck: between people who've stopped trusting the process, the leadership, or each other.

She approaches organizations the way a clinician approaches a patient: through diagnosis, not assumption. Listening first. Identifying patterns. Making sense of both the data and the stories behind it.

Dr. Jonnie Williams created evolveEMPATHYon a simple conviction: sustainable change doesn’t begin with strategy. It begins with trust.
